The PMP exam is based on the PMP Examination Specification, which describes tasks out of six performance domains:
  1. Initiating the project (13%)
  2. Planning the project (24%)
  3. Executing the project (30%)
  4. Monitoring and controlling the project (25%)
  5. Closing the project (8%)
The exam consists of 200 multiple choice questions written against this specification.
Note: The numbers in parentheses describe the percentage of questions for each domain.

Online Training
  • Convenient and listen to class at your own pace. Get good structured learning content and doubt clarification on click of a button.
  • You are comfortable with self-study and would not generally require trainer assistance in your preparation.
  • Learn at your own pace. Learn, Rewind, and Listen Again based on need.
  • Save commuting time or work around your work timing constraints.
  • Recommended: If you are motivated and are too busy to sit in a training room for multiple days of classroom training.

Classroom Training
  • Focus on PMP certification completely and finish it as soon as possible, treating it more like a project.
  • More rigor and serious in terms of staying on course (in terms of completing the certification). Our experience has been that 80% of class room attendees complete their PMP certification within 4 months of training, while it is about 60% for online training attendees.
  • Better networking opportunities with the other attendees and the Instructor, which help build great career networks.
  • A bility to ask questions and clarifications and explore any management theories or practical experiences. High degree of peer learning and knowledge enhancement from group discussions, case studies etc.
  • Recommended: If you have time to attend a classroom, if you feel you tend to postpone classes, want to build personal career networks with other managers/instructors or if your employer is going to refund the training fee (as it is more expensive than online classes)

Blended Training
  • A blended option provides to have focus on PMP certification completely and finish it as soon as possible while reducing the cost of training.
  • You can prepare ahead of time and ask your questions or clarifications in the class.
  • Have all the benefits of class room training (Like networking, career growth options exploration etc) at a reduced cost.
  • Recommended: If you have some time to attend a classroom, want to build networks, employer is not going to refund the training fee.
